Our products

In principle, any healthy dog, big or small. Plant-based feeding is especially interesting for dogs with sensitive digestion or skin, because the most common food allergens in dogs are actually animal proteins (beef, chicken, dairy). Unsure because of a medical condition, pregnancy or a growing puppy? Have a quick chat with your vet first.

Plant-based food is hypoallergenic because it contains no animal proteins (chicken, beef), soya or gluten, common allergens that cause itching, diarrhoea and coat problems. It supports vitality through superfoods with antioxidants and fibre, which strengthen the immune system, improve digestion and promote a shiny coat, leading to a longer, healthier life.

Take your time and introduce the new food step by step. Replace the old food by gradually mixing in more and more of the new kibble. Improvements in itching/diarrhoea can be seen within weeks; see your vet if symptoms are severe.

The brands we've selected are developed by vets and nutritionists. It's nutritionally complete food for dogs.

If your dog really does have a severe allergy, "natural" food often isn't enough, because cross-contamination can happen in the factory. A medical hypoallergenic diet from the vet is then the only option. As a Muppet Meals customer, you get direct access to the vets at VETTS. They know the science behind nutrition and give you unbiased advice.

Plant-based food has lower CO2 emissions and uses less land and water than meat; ingredients from nature respect the environment and animal welfare, without compromising on health. You also significantly shrink your dog's food "paw"print.

A complete meal is all about the right balance of protein, fats, vitamins and minerals, and that's absolutely possible fully plant-based. Please note: the Crispy Ring and Pocket Power Bones are treats (complementary feed), not a complete meal. They're meant as a reward or in-between snack on top of your dog's daily food, not as a replacement for it.
