Tess

Tess says:

Whether you go for the dry 'crunch' or my personal favourite, the warm, fragrant dinner: with this pumpkin glow-up, I shine so bright the dog next door needs sunglasses!

Product description

Ready for a real glow-up? Look no further: this unique combination of pumpkin, carrot, corn and buckwheat makes the coat shine like never before!  Pumpkin, corn, carrot & buckwheat.

What's the difference between 'crunchies' and 'dinners'?
The crunchies (Healthy Habits) are dry kibble and are fed dry.

The dinners are a mix of dry kibble and dried superfood flakes. Mix the dinners with a little warm water (about 45°C) and let them soak for a few minutes.

Fancy some variety?
You can alternate or mix all Pawr foods. For example, mix Green Glory with the Healthy Habits crunchies and add a little warm water.

Also suitable for puppies.

About PAWR
Meet the team behind Pawr: Erik (vet) and Fia (nutritionist), a father and daughter on a mission:

"With a sinking feeling in our stomachs, we saw more and more dogs with issues like itching, diarrhoea and allergies. And no one was asking: "What are we actually feeding our dogs?"

For 18 years, they've seen how well plant-based nutrition works. Not as an alternative, but as a powerful solution. A bowl full of meat scraps isn't sustainable for anyone. Not for our dogs, not for our planet.

The good news? There is another way. That's why we've stopped just filling bowls and are choosing to truly nourish, with colourful meals packed with superfoods.

A win-win that starts in the bowl.

Frequently asked questions

What makes plant-based dog food hypoallergenic, and how can it help towards a more vibrant life?

Plant-based food is hypoallergenic because it contains no animal proteins (chicken, beef), soya or gluten, common allergens that cause itching, diarrhoea and coat problems. It supports vitality through superfoods with antioxidants and fibre, which strengthen the immune system, improve digestion and promote a shiny coat, leading to a longer, healthier life.

How do I switch to plant-based (hypoallergenic) food?

Take your time and introduce the new food step by step. Replace the old food by gradually mixing in more and more of the new kibble. Improvements in itching/diarrhoea can be seen within weeks; see your vet if symptoms are severe.

Is plant-based dog food complete and suitable for all dogs?

The brands we've selected are developed by vets and nutritionists. It's nutritionally complete food for dogs.

If your dog really does have a severe allergy, "natural" food often isn't enough, because cross-contamination can happen in the factory. A medical hypoallergenic diet from the vet is then the only option. As a Muppet Meals customer, you get direct access to the vets at VETTS. They know the science behind nutrition and give you unbiased advice.

What are the sustainability benefits of plant-based food?

Plant-based food has lower CO2 emissions and uses less land and water than meat; ingredients from nature respect the environment and animal welfare, without compromising on health. You also significantly shrink your dog's food "paw"print.
