About Muppet Meals
Muppet Meals is more than a webshop: we've already done the quality check for you. Our range is built on four unshakeable pillars:

Hypoallergenic & Plant-based: Calm tummy.
We bring calm back to the bowl and the belly. Our range is THE solution for dogs with sensitive digestion or stubborn itching. 100% plant-based, 100% pure ingredients, 0% irritation.

100% Cruelty-free: No suffering, just love.
We test our products exclusively on our own happy dogs (the Muppet Panel!). No labs, no nasty experiments. If Pepper, Tess, Bo, Luna and Diego don't approve it, it doesn't make it into our shop.

Data over Dogma: Facts over tradition.
We don't go by 'how it's always been done', but by today's science. By following experts, such as the groundbreaking insights of Professor Andrew Knight, we offer a complete alternative that challenges the status quo.

Future-proof: Impact without compromise.
For us, a smaller pawprint isn't a 'maybe', it's the norm. We offer an affordable, planet-friendly alternative to meat, without compromising on taste, energy or your dog's health.
Choose science, choose the planet, but above all, choose the health of your best friend. Welcome to Muppet Meals.

Frequently asked questions

What makes plant-based dog food hypoallergenic, and how can it help towards a more vibrant life?

Plant-based food is hypoallergenic because it contains no animal proteins (chicken, beef), soya or gluten, common allergens that cause itching, diarrhoea and coat problems. It supports vitality through superfoods with antioxidants and fibre, which strengthen the immune system, improve digestion and promote a shiny coat, leading to a longer, healthier life.

How do I switch to plant-based (hypoallergenic) food?

Take your time and introduce the new food step by step. Replace the old food by gradually mixing in more and more of the new kibble. Improvements in itching/diarrhoea can be seen within weeks; see your vet if symptoms are severe.

Is plant-based dog food complete and suitable for all dogs?

The brands we've selected are developed by vets and nutritionists. It's nutritionally complete food for dogs.

If your dog really does have a severe allergy, "natural" food often isn't enough, because cross-contamination can happen in the factory. A medical hypoallergenic diet from the vet is then the only option. As a Muppet Meals customer, you get direct access to the vets at VETTS. They know the science behind nutrition and give you unbiased advice.

What are the sustainability benefits of plant-based food?

Plant-based food has lower CO2 emissions and uses less land and water than meat; ingredients from nature respect the environment and animal welfare, without compromising on health. You also significantly shrink your dog's food "paw"print.
